My name is Gines Hidalgo ( gines@cmu.edu ), co-author of OpenPose.
I found while testing my algorithm that uploading the exact same JSON file than I used in November, the accuracy increased 10% in test-dev2017 (from 58% to ~70%).
When I mean I am using the same file, I mean that I took the JSON submitted, downloaded from the server, and re-uploaded it.
And somehow the val2017 is giving me also ~10% higher in the server than in my PC with the COCOAPI repository.
