I tried to submit to val2017 and test-dev2017, but nothing comes up. Looks like the submission was not submitted to sever at all. I tried Chrome and IE, no luck.

I want to ask if the evaluation server still available now.

Same problem. The status shows submitted not finished, which is so weird.
