since the test submission status is also stuck at "submitting" state, incase if you evaluate our submissions locally, Can you please let us know the performance of our submissions?

Dear Participant,
The submissions during the second evaluation phase are blind. We will publish the results at the end of the competition after verifying the code of the winners. Thus, do not hesitate to make your submissions, though the status is still stuck to "submitting".
