How can I get the 3000 tesing images? Please give me a link to the data or tell me how to find them.

Based on the home page of the official website
CHALLENGE FINAL RESULT SUBMISSION: April 28 - May 1, 2021

That means the testing images will be available to download between April 28 - May 1, 2021.
