After uploading the file submission.zip, the score column remains "---", and the output log and the output.zip are empty.
Have I done anything wrong? Where's the problem? Thanks.

I think it just because your submission is in waiting list.
you have to wait for the status of submission changing to FINISHED.
sometimes the server cannot give the result immediately.
