In my dataset, i find all of the below folders are empty , is it what it is or do i miss some download data?

I aslo find some train sets are empty or containing some noise images.
Thanks for your question, the dataset contains empty files, you just need to skip them. The sample code has contained the skipping code. Please refer https://github.com/zihaomu/Gait_recognition_baseline_for_HID2020/blob/c2c3705707695a969d24aa52c225aa3f85c7a4f3/utils/initialization.py#L121
