What type of noise was added to high SNR segments to create the synthetic low SNR segments? Also in general what types of noise are present in the data?

Hi,
1) Normal noise in I and in Q, uncorrelated between them and uncorrelated in time.
2) Radar noise has multiple sources and complex characteristics. An abundance of technical material is available on the web.
