I submitted two submissions today.
In one I received an immediate score and in another, it stands for "Submitted" status
How long should it usually take? Is this a manual process?

Hi,
Most of the time scores are given immediately. Occasionally there can be an overload on Codalab’s servers and it can take a little bit longer. In this case, we suggest to first make sure you refresh the web page if the status is the same for more than an hour try to resubmit the same submission.

but if we submit again, the day's submissions quota (#2) will be filled, without any additional submission, as was granted... how can this be solved?
p.s. - I submitted hours ago and it's still not updated...
