After following the evaluation details and creating a Zip file.
What do I do with it to get the PSNR score?

You need to
go to
"Participate" tab from the competition on CodaLab
click
"Submit / View Results" subtab and
submit
your Zip archive with your png results in the root of the archive, without any (sub)folders.
