35 or 15 per day?
I learnt from the "challenge rules" that we have a maximum of 15 entries per day.
However, in submission page, it says "Max submissions per day: 35".
Which one is correct?

BTW, daily quota is updated according UTC 0 timezone?

As far as I know.
Submission limit was increased after many messages on forum about ~1/2 of submissions are failing / hanging

1. Yes, 15 was increased to 35.
2. Yes, UTC-0.
