> Submission status staying at "Submitted" without showing on the leaderboard

I made one submission 12 hours ago and the status has been "Submitted" since then.

I checked stdout and stderr, there is nothing there but "Standard output (error) for submission #1 by hxiao."

For the evaluation output, it says "an error retrieving file 'output.zip'. Please try again later or report the issue."

Any idea?
