> submission error

I submitted 4 files today, except first one, the rest of them are all "submitting", and never give back any information.
when I open error log, it says "There was an error retrieving file 'stderr.txt'. Please try again later or report the issue.".
something like below,
submission.txt.zip 09/08/2016 03:45:13 Finished
submission.txt.zip 09/08/2016 09:52:47 Submitting
submission.txt.zip 09/08/2016 10:25:28 Submitting
submission.txt.zip 09/08/2016 10:36:05 Submitting

what problems?
