> Submissions are stuck

Hi, my submission is stuck for about 15 minutes while regularly it's processed less than for a minute.
Potentially it's bug, so I decided to describe it

OK, simple resubmission worked.
However previous submission still in "Submitted" stage

OK, now I have 2 stucked submissions and no submissions attempts for today :)
Such experience practically limiting number of submissions to less than 15, however, sure it's not "blocker".

In case somebody from organisers actually read this post
I would be glad to have all submissions stucked in "Submitted" state for more than 60 minutes automatically discarded as a temporary solution.

@dremovd and all, we are very sorry about the slow submission processing time. Unfortunately, we (the organizers) cannot do much in this situation since we are the users of the platform ourselves and don't have access to the CodaLab server. To speed things up, all of us could file a ticket on Github and ask to increase the server capacity. Hopefully, they will pay attention if more people point out this issue :)
