Submission is not working on learning phase. CSV file is uploaded but hangs on submitting status.

Thanks a lot for posting this.
We are having troubles with another similar competition, and it seems to be an internal error of Codalab. Thus, in the first learning phase we are going to compute the submissions locally and post their results as soon as possible.
In the evaluaton phase, the submissions are blind, so we will compute them at the end of the coopetition. Therefore, do not hesitate to make your submissions anyway.
