Download the Data

You can gain access to the ChaLearn LAP ConGD dataset from http://www.cbsr.ia.ac.cn/users/jwan/database/congd.html.
You will be required to first sign a licensing agreement http://www.cbsr.ia.ac.cn/users/jwan/database/Chalearn_LAP-ConGD_agreement.txt that should be emailed to jun.wan@ia.ac.cn.
