Yes, you may submit you models trained in Caffe and with instructions.

Regarding the script which is given, do we need to use it for sending our result as well?

Hi,

Do you mean the evaluation script (evaluation.py)? It is not necessary for you to send us that one, we have a copy and you won't be able to generate the final results since the test set is not made public. Just make sure that your model creates predictions.csv and that it follows the format we mention in the Data section of CodaLab.
