We do not set a limit of submission daily to the evaluation server for the participants' convenience. But still, to avoid overfitting the test set for a simply high score, we usually recommend the participants to adjust their parameters on the officially provided validation set and then submit results to the test set with the parameters tuned on the validation set.
Let's develop the multi-object tracking algorithms for crowded scenes and occlusion together, which can be generalized to diverse situation and data distributions.
