Message today from SemEval organizers:
"Thank you for bearing with us as we get the submission site ready. This is the first year we are using OpenReview and we are currently waiting on OpenReview support. The site should hopefully be ready shortly, and you should be able to manage review assignments for your task there.
We have postponed the paper deadline to 28 Feb."
We will update the task page when the OpenReview site becomes available.
