Dear organisers,

Will evaluation end at midnight UTC as expected? Please notify in advance if there is any extension.

The evaluation phase ends at the end of January 31, or at the begin of January 31?
I thought it is at the end of January 31. But it seems that post-evaluation phase starts.

Agree. End of the month seems to be a more reasonable interpretation.
@Organizers, How about adding a countdown timer until end of compatition to avoid ambiguity?

We just made it possible to make submissions possible on the post-evaluation phase. All the submissions before 23:59 UTC-12, Jan. 31st, 2022 will be accepted.
