I'm really sorry—I didn't realize that evaluation closed at the *beginning* of Jan 31 and not the *end*. Is it still possible to submit? The student I've been working with on this has been working for several months now on our results...

I was mistaken, too.
IMO, It would be better to submit it to the post evaluation and wait for the organizer's answer.
