Dear organizers,
I am confused about the data splits. On the home page it says: 1. Register here to get access
I can't find the registration button. But, I can download 3 zip files from participate/files which are all identical files. Inside of these there are annotation files from different domains and different annotators. Is this simply the gold data we can use for train/dev splits?
Will the test data have the same format?

The development (with reference) and testing (without reference) are provided in the evaluation phase.
The testing data with reference will be provided after the evaluation
