Can two members from the same team make separate leaderboard submissions? If so, how do we notify codalab/BEETL of the team formation? Are there any rules regarding teams?

Yes, once the algorithms are different, we will inform information about the 2-page documentation soon (institute, etc. need to be contained under the title of the documents)
