What are the labels for "NOT" and "ERR" respectively? Does 1 means "NOT" and 0 means "ERR"?

Dear joanne.wjy,
it is the opposite, the scoring program considers the following:
- GOOD, OK, NOT labels as 0;
- BAD, ERR labels as 1.
