Can we still submit system right now? The server time of CodaLab is July 27th right now, but it does not pass the deadline of July 26th anywhere on earth.

Dear joanne.wjy,
time is in UTC on Codalab but the phases are set to never end.
Submissions made before end of day AOE, or 1pm UTC, will be considered.
