> What is the meaning of Oct. 1, 2021, midnight UTC

Hi, Does the Oct. 1, 2021, midnight UTC means Oct. 1, 2021, 23:59:59 UTC? Or Oct. 1, 2021, 00:00?

The next second after 23:59:59, September 30th.

Convert UTC to the Chinese time zone. Is the competition deadline 7:59:59 on October 1, 2021?

We've just received an email from Codalab which informs that the ending time is 10/1 23:59:59 UTC. Which time is the real ending time?

There are two concept about the deadline of this competition:
1. The time competition ends ---- means you can not submit results and get new evaluation scores in this competition ---- which is the second after 23:59:59, September 30th, 2021, UTC.
2. The time we check the leaderboard and decide the winner of the challenge, which is the second after 23:59:59, October 1st, 2021, UTC.
We leave one extra day for teams to show the highest score of their submission.

Dear organizers,
We notice that "you leave one extra day for teams to show the highest score of their submission."
And now we want to publish our results, while we can not find the "submit to leadboard".
So how can I use the "extra day" to present the results.
