I have tried submitting the predictions for the 4th attempt but it shows the following error:
Exception: File not found: /tmp/codalab/tmpWxrVgQ/run/input/res/predictions.csv

Is this counted as a submission?

Never mind. It worked.

I have just removed the failed submission so that it does not count.
