When you changed the labels you re-run all the submissions, in my case 3.
So please take this into account, since the maximum submission is 100.

The re-runs triggered from our end should not count against the max-submissions limit. The total number of entries do not always count against max-submissions limit, only the total number of successful submissions are counted. For e.g. if you made a total of 20 submissions of which 4 failed with 2 re-runs triggered from our end, you should have used up only 16 out of 100 max-submissions. In the event that the re-runs are using up your max-submissions limit, the max-submissions count will be increased accordingly to offset this. We'll PM you your submission stats privately to clarify this.
