Hi, can you provide the details about the acquisition and preprocessing of the data? I didn't find a script describing that like is the audio played during scanning, and the GLM model employed to extract betas.
Posted by: huze @ July 8, 2021, 3:20 p.m.Hello huze, and anyone else wondering about this.
We do provide these details on our website (http://algonauts.csail.mit.edu/brainmappingandanalysis.html) or you can also follow that link from the About section of the Codalab challenge.
This and other extra information is available on our main Algonauts website (http://algonauts.csail.mit.edu/challenge.html) as a reminder.
You may also find it interesting/useful to read the arXiv paper we put out earlier this year (https://arxiv.org/abs/2104.13714v1), which you can reference if/when you write your short challenge report to enter the competition.
Hope this helps!

But I am still can't find out whether the audio is played during scanning sessions, it's not described in the above websites and manuscript. w/ or w/o audio can have a non-negligible effect on how the brain responds, could you update the description?
The videos were viewed in the scanner without audio. Sure, we can update that detail online early next week.
Thanks for the questions
