What time zone is used for the challenge?
It is possible to submit partial results on the validation? when dowloading the videos and cutting them we got less videos that expected (because of inconsistencies in the annotations).

Posted by: rocking @ April 30, 2021, 8:29 a.m.Hi, you can submit part of the results on the validation set although missing videos might lead to performance degradation. Actually we annotate the boundaries based on the previously downloaded kinetics-400 dataset and release the val set that aligns with our paper. Also the missing part is just a small portion of the Val Set and thus may not affect the performance significantly.
For the Test Set, we've verified that all the videos are available as of March 2021. The final ranking is based on the performance on Test Set only.
