We are not able to provide you the Kinetics-400 data for some reason(e.g. copyright issue). Actually you can refer to some useful repos to download the Kinetics-400 videos and then trim them. Here is a useful link which may help you: https://github.com/gurkirt/kinetics-download-prep. Note that you do not need to download all the videos in Kinetics-400 to construct the Kinetics-GEBD dataset, so it may not cost to much time for preparing the data.
