the std error information shows beflow:
WARNING: Your kernel does not support swap limit capabilities or the cgroup is not mounted. Memory limited without swap.
Execution time limit exceeded!
There is a limit on execution time in Codalab setup by the organizer. If the submission takes longer than this fixed time to run, then codalab automatically rejects the submission.
Hope this explains the query.

But now, it still failed, while I have carefully checked each submission, and they are valid.
