> [FVC Challenge] Notification on testing phase and update of competition guidelines for Track 2

Dear FVC workshop & challenge participants,

Once again thank you for your participation in the 1st FVC (CVPR2021) Challenge Track 2!
With the testing phase for Track 2 Challenge set to start in about one week, this email is to notify you of the details of the testing phase and updates of the competition guidelines for Track 2.

The testing phase will start on 11st June, at 00:00 (GMT+0 or UTC) and end on 12nd June, at 23:59(GMT+0 or UTC).
The data would be available for download both at https://competitions.codalab.org/competitions/30111#participate and https://flyywh.github.io/CVPRW2021FVC/CVPRW2021FVC.html.
Please note that the starting date of the testing phase has been updated on the website.
Note that, in the Dryrun stage, the submissions are the output files. In the final testing stage, the submissions are uploaded to a cloud drive (Baiduyun, Google Drive, One Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
and your submission is a text file with only the link denoting the place of your submission in the cloud drive. We also provide a script to help you check whether your submission is valid: https://github.com/flyywh/flyywh.github.io/blob/master/CVPRW2021FVC/check_files_and_zip.py.

Once the final testing phase ends, the top three teams are immediately visible on the Codalab leaderboard.
By 15th June, at 23:59(GMT+0 or UTC), the top three teams are required to submit their technical reports and are encouraged to submit the inference code in docker
(see details in https://competitions.codalab.org/competitions/30111#learn_the_details-terms_and_conditions).
Team(s) that fail to submit code will not be eligible for winner or runner-ups.

We also hope to clarify the team name requirements in our final testing phase.
1. Update your team name in Codalab via: Settings (top right) --> competition settings --> team name
Then your team name will show up beside your submissions on the leaderboard.
This team name MUST match the team name when you register our challenge on the Google Form. Any invalid or mismatched team names will be ignored. If you forget your team name, feel free to email us.
!!! You also have to register your team information via the following link: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=DQSIkWdsW0yxEjajBLZtrQAAAAAAAAAAAANAAf3IsdVUNTJNSEcyT0NVQldPTzhMOTFENUFWR0RONi4u

2. In the final testing phase, the limited number of submissions will be enforced on team level. That means, no matter how many team members in your team, each TEAM can only submit 5 times. Submissions of a team may come from different members, but only the (chronologically) first 5 submissions from that team will be considered on the leaderboard.

We have updated the competition guidelines for Track 2 in the codalab.
This update includes updates on the timetable, submission details, and rules on Individual Account.
We have also added details with regards to the Winner Validation and Confirmation Process,
which would start after the end of the testing phase. Please follow the guideline carefully for a smooth validation and confirmation process.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at fvctrack2struct@gmail.com.

Thank you!

Sincerely,
FVC Challenge & Workshop organizers
