Hey,

The guidelines state that we cannot put footnotes in the paper, but papers from previous editions of HAHA do have footnotes. So is it mandatory to not put any footnotes, because footnotes can be an essential part of any paper.

Hi,

You can have footnotes on the remaining pages, the restriction is that on the first page the only footnote must be the mandatory one.
