> A recommended way to use extra packages in your detection code

Dear participants,

In case you need to use extra python packages that are not installed in our evaluation docker environment, a solution is to include these packages in your submission zip. We have added an example of this in our starterkit here: https://github.com/bomb2peng/DFGC_starterkit/tree/master/submission_Det2 . Read the updated readme for details.
Again, it is highly recommended to first test your submissions locally using our evaluation docker image and test your package imports.
