Hello,It's been two months to wait for review and subsequent schedules. Although it only remains eight days to Earthvision21, I have not received any responses at CMT.
Can I upload my challenge paper to arXiv before your review?
As far as I know, all of the CVPR workshop challenge papers suppose to be open.
If I didn't get a response until 6/14 12:00 (UTC), I would upload my paper to arXiv.

Hello, the decisions have been made after the Weakly-supervised track finished. That's why it is late. Now the CMT is updated. You can of course upload your paper to arXiv.
