I'm trying to submit a new file but I've received the following message: "The maximum number of submissions has been reached.". On the description says that the maximum submissions per day is 999 but in total 3, how is it possible?

That's only for the trial phase. Submissions in evaluation phase is limited to three.
If you have failed submissions, let me know so we can remove them if they are preventing more submissions.
