After the start of the testing phase, the max submissions of the development phases increased from 40 to 60. Does this mean the max submission count is 60 now?
Furthermore, the test data in the SAR track seems to have EO counterparts that can be obtained from the SAR+EO track. Will the methodologies be checked to prevent the usage of the EO test images in the SAR only track?

(2) the reproducibility is key and checked; the submitted codes should be able to take a single SAR image as input and produce a prediction
