> Necessary to convert the model in TFLite version

I want to know about the procedure. Shall we submit the results like as in NTIRE challenges with only output images and one text file (i.e., information about the model with specifications)?
Is it required to convert the model in TFLite?

It should be run on the mobile devices at least during the final test phase, I guess.
