Since transpose and image resize is not optimized for the platform to upsample the image, can you just inform which ops should be used for faster operation supported by the platform?
I found larger latency for transpose convolution on mobile GPU. So instead of trying all and submit for checking result on target platform, it is better for us if you suggest the optimized ops.
