hi,
it shows Max submissions total:3 ，does it means that each account can submit only 3 times totally?
i think 3 is not enough.

3 submissions are more than enough for you to submit your optimized solution in the development phase.
The latest submission will be used for the final ranking.
You are not getting any performance feedback during the test phase from the test server.
You need to rely on the training data and validation server feedback.
