Moreover, why don't we use FLOPs or MACs? CPU time may also vary over the hardware specs of participants.
Those are self-reported run-times.
The main ranking in this challenge is done according to the PSNR.
If there are interesting or multiple solutions targeting runtime/efficiency we may decide awarding also in that category, besides the main ranking.
