Our model focuses on the joint optimization of compression video enhancement and the encoding compression.
Can we get the bit-stream information of the compressed video at the decoder?

Yes, of course. The released compressed videos are indeed compressed bit-stream. You could use any information in them.

Additionally, note that the frame-rate, frame number and resolution are provided in the excel file in the folder of videos.
