Is there anything wrong with the server?
The status of my submission is stayed at 'submitting'.

This seems to be an issue with the CodaLab server.
All the challenges hosted on Codalab is down now. (Please refer to this issue page: https://github.com/codalab/codalab-competitions/issues/2898)
The best way now is to wait for CodaLab to fix the issue.
