As I understand, the radar is composed of axes of range and angle. The angle contains the horizontal information where objects lie. I wonder can we infer an object's latitude information from the radar data, and is there a difference for two objects at the same distance and angle with an identical velocity, but with different latitude.
I search the Internet and read the essay but cannot find the exact answer. Thanks in advance.
