We observed that in some tiles, the NLCD data is missing or partly missing. Can anyone explain why? Or what is the purpose of making the NLCD in these tiles empty? Can we obtain the missing NLCDs?
Posted by: tulilin @ Feb. 5, 2021, 3:48 p.m.We found that the NLCD images downloaded from Azure missing some data. But if you use the .csv files using in the baseline to load the data from website directly. Those NLCD images are complete and different from what we downloaded from Azure.
This situation was found when we want to submit the baseline results to test the system. The submission failed.
The data files were updated several days before the competition launch to correct missing values in the NLCD layer. The files at the addresses in the csv should now match the files you would get using azcopy. --the organizers
