Which teams can submit paper? Only top 3 in each task or what is the criteria?

We encourage all teams to submit a paper, regardless of their placement on the leaderboard. This is a useful opportunity to examine what approaches one might take to the task, and where tweaks could be made.

Do I have to use ACL-IJCNLP 2021 template to write a paper?
