> submit button disabled

After selecting the zipped csv file from file browser, the submit button gets disabled. Nothing happens. After waiting for a while (20 min), after refreshing the page, it shows no data is available. What should do?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble, this is unusual. What browser are you using?

I used both Firefox and chrome
