Why are we getting "Standard error for submission"??

The latest submissions seem to be stuck in the "Submitted" state. According to what we saw, this could happen when the Codalab servers are too busy and are not able to process all the requests in time. Hopefully in a few hours the submissions will start running again. We'll be monitoring the situation and contact the Codalab administrators if the situation continues for too long.
