Sir, ok using glove vectors in my submission. Is i attach that glove vector file to submission.
And my team mate also submits submission from same team name but his own ID. It will evaluate by you?
No need to attach/upload any public pre-trained embeddings in the submission. However, you can make a README (or instruction file) under code.zip referring to the specific used embedding files (in your submission) with a link would be fine.
