As the submission file in the strater-kit states, one spec should be for one scenario and therefore in my understanding, we can define one policy network for each senario, sharing parameters among all agents.
However, in the overview, we seems like only allowed submit one policy network for all scenarios. These two statements are in contradition. Could you please clarify the sumission requirement?

In the overview, "sharing parameters among all agents" means the agents will share policy in one scenario. To clarify the statement, we will update the overview later, thanks for your feedback.
